Our Buyer’s Rebate Program is designed for homebuyers who want to play a more active role in the home buying process.
"With the tools that are available today on the internet, homebuyers can do much of the research and legwork that was traditionally part of what a Realtor was compensated for."
We believe our Buyer’s are entitled to receive part of the commission.
Here is how is works:
1. Search for a home using the internet (like Realtor.com, etc.).
2. MOST IMPORTANT: Tell the agent that listed the home UPFRONT that you are represented by Zero To List affiliated agent.
3. Let us know when you find the home you want to buy and we will do all the paperwork, contracts, negotiate the sale, and follow up through a successful closing.
4. After you close, you receive a cash rebate of the commission receive.
Listen, someone is going to get paid 3%!
*Typical transaction where 3% is offered to the Buyer’s Agent. Buyer’s Agent Commission and Rebate Percentage can vary.

What Is a Buyer Rebate Program?
Our new home rebate program is a great way to put money in your pocket or towards closing costs when purchasing a home. The new home rebate is derived from a 6% commission that is paid by the seller in a home sales transaction. When you sign up with us, 3% of that 6% commission will be received by us. We then give you, in the form of a rebate check or closing cost credit. No other service offers more than us.
And remember, this will cost you NOTHING. Our philosophy is our licensed agents share the commission with you in the form of a rebate for home purchases because you are doing most of the research and work finding the home that is best for you.
After you’ve found a home you’re interested in buying, we will place your offer, help negotiate counteroffers, get an acceptance of contract, complete legal forms, and schedule your closing.

Get Started on Your Rebate
Registration Contact us so that we can e-mail or fax you a buying agent’s agreement. Our program is designed so that all documents, questions, offers, and counteroffers can easily be conducted from your computer, phone, or fax.
The buying agent’s agreement must be completed, signed, and faxed to receive your buyer’s refund. Remember that when viewing a home and speaking with the selling agent, you need to let them know that you are working with a Zero To List buying agent. It is the only way to be able to receive the rebate from your buying agent’s commission.
Search MLS listings online at Realtor.com the country’s largest national MLS real estate Website) to find potential homes you’re interested in buying. Your online search may include other information related to the home you want to buy such as comparable sales history, tax information, school locations, mapping directions, and other neighborhood amenities. Realtor.com is a thorough source for this information.
To view the home in person, you may contact the selling agent to set up a showing. (Very important note: Identify yourself as a customer of Zero To List buying agent. If you misrepresent yourself, neither you nor the buying agent will receive any commission and rebate).
Make an Offer
Get pre-approved financing through a bank or mortgage lender so that you’ll be prepared to make offers. Sellers are much more responsive when they know you are a pre-qualified buyer. When you are ready to make an offer, you will contact us with the details of your offer. We will prepare all the necessary paperwork and present the offer. We will then work with the counteroffers and negotiations to get your contract accepted.
Closing and Rebate
Once your offer has been accepted by the seller, we will help you coordinate the closing and complete the transaction. You can specify if you want your refund applied to your closing cost, or you can request a rebate check at closing. Congratulations!
